Description: – A fine and scarce porcelain plate decorated with a captivating naturalistic Japanesque inspired design in silver overlay against a green ground.  The Hutschenreuther porcelain marks were used between 1948 - 1970. Please note the stand is for the photography only and not for sale.

Size & Weight: – The plate is 24.5cm wide and the silver is stamped Spahr 1000 to the reverse of the rim. The whole weighs 485g.

Condition: – The porcelain has no chips, cracks, hairlines, crazing, losses or restoration. The silver is in great order without any losses to the body. Obviously after 70 years of care there are very minor surface scratches to the silver following those years of love, care and attention. 

Photography: - Please look at the images as they show a true status of this delightful plaque. There are some light reflections seen following the photography and are not discolourations to the glaze.

History & Marks:– This Hutschenreuther porcelain plaque has the porcelain mark used between 1948-70. The Silver is stamped Spahr 1000 to the rim as seen on the images.

Declaration:– This plaque/plate is original Hutschenreuther German Porcelain from the time period described. The silver overlay is that from the Schwåbisch Gmünd silver studios of Friedrich Spahr.
