John Newton Antiques was established by John Newton and his partner Michael G Lines in 1978. During this time John Newton Antiques has retained its reputation for supplying excellent examples of English & Continental Porcelain & Glass, 20th Century Silver Overlay Porcelain and Glass, and mid 20th Century Salt-glazed and Studio Pottery.

Michael continues the business following John’s death in December 2017. John Newton Antiques is now used as a trading name of Oakwell Antiques of Hull
