Vienna Style Rectangular cup & saucer

Description: – An extremely fine Vienna Style porcelain rectangular shaped cup and saucer. The fine moulded body is decorated with a floral design in the Cloisonne manner upon a pale blue  ground. The handle edge is also beautifully painted with flowers. The cup & saucer have a faux Vienna beehive mark in overglaze blue. Personally i believe the porcelain may be from the Pirkenhammer studios.

Size & Weight: – The cup is 5.5cm tall & 5.5 x 4.5cm across the rectangular rim and the saucer is 10.5cm x 9.5cm across, the whole weighs 140g.

Condition: – The porcelain has no chips, cracks, hairlines, crazing, losses or restoration. The cloisonne style decoration, bands, gilding and gilding are in excellent condition with minimal sign of ware. See images.

Photography: - Please look at the images as they show a true status of this delightful cup & saucer. The colour in reality is a little more subdued/paler than the images show.There are some light reflections seen following the photography and are not discolourations to the glaze.

History & Marks:– The porcelain mark is in overglaze blue and dates from around 1900-10 

Declaration:– This cup & saucer is original  Vienna Style porcelain from the time period described.
