An American Arts & Crafts period demitasse cup and saucer. The Lenox china has a deep cobalt blue glaze and is exquisitely decorated in thick sterling silver overlay with an organic flowing design. The silver is probably Mauser & Co. Marked Sterling.

Judas Tadeus
An interesting early 19th century Paris porcelain cup and saucer painted with an image of Judas Tadeus also know as (Judas Lebeus and Judas, brother of Tiago) and not to be confused with Judas Iscariote. Judas Tadeus is often associated with holding an axe or in some cases shown as a coil or book or holding a carpenters ruler, as seen in this image.
