Welcome to JohnNewtonAntiques.com
John Newton has been working in the Antiques business for almost 35 years as both an antiques fair organiser, and a dealer in fine English and Continental porcelain. During this time he has built a reputation for supplying excellent examples of 18th, 19th and early 20th Century porcelain from many of the major UK and European factories. Recently John's partner Michael G Lines has been taking an active roll in the business by attracting new clientele and collectors by overseeing and offering a stunning collection of silver overlay porcelain from private collections.
John acknowledges how privileged he is to be asked to advise numerous private clients from the UK, EU, and the Far East about new acquisitions. Moreover, some of his clients have remained loyal customers for as long as he has been in business.
John is an active member of various vetting committees and vets porcelain for authenticity, quality, and condition for several of the country's leading fair organisers. John is also a LAPADA member.
