An impressive 37cm studio pottery (stone-ware) vase made by Heiner Balzar in his Höhr-Grenzhausen studio. The slender vase has a strong form and flowing glaze with aspects of crystallisation.
Heiner Balzar grew up in a Ceramists family with his mother being Elfried Balzar Kopp but developed his own techniques and followers.
