Description: – A fine, striking & truly decorative 19th Century Copeland porcelain cup and saucer. The design incorporates a detailed Imari inspired pattern which includes outstanding hand gilding and enamel work.

Size: – The cup is 5.5cm tall & 8.25cm across the rim, the deep saucer is 14cm across and the total weight is 270g.

Condition: – The overall condition is very good with only very slight wear – see images- No damages, cracks, chips, hairlines losses or restoration. The gilding and enamels are very bright.

History & Marks: – Standard 1851-85 marks. The saucer also has the impressed year code for 1879
