A large, scarce & very fine quality German porcelain vase decorated in the Schwäbisch Gmünd silver studios of Friedrich Deusch. The vase, is 35cm tall & 12.5cm across the rim and is adorned with a beautiful array of spring daffodils in bright enamels and silver overlay, upon a black ground. The porcelain has the Hertel Jacob factory marks used only between 1967-1969. The fine silver-work is stamped 1000/1000 to the base rim, and the standard Deusch coffee pot mark can also be seen on the base.
